"Feast of the Senses"

"Livin' the Dream" (homage to Myron)

On a beautiful Labor Day weekend, at an undisclosed location in Indiana, with good friends and great local ingredients...

It all started with a smoker...

And one whole pig, smoked overnight...


And a (hungry) chef...


And a whole, wild-caught salmon (also smoked)...


Oh, and did I mention the goat and lamb (from Mint Creek Farm)...


 And, of course, an abundance of vegetables -- after all, we were on a farm...

A great meal is not complete without dessert...

And lots of Greg Hall's Goose Island Beer...that might explain why the band took such an extended break.
